Land & ranch ยท FAA Part 107

Aerial photography for land, acreage, and ranch listings.

Every land buyer asks about shape, access, water, and terrain first. One aerial frame answers all four, delivered MLS-ready in 48 hours.

A ground photo of bare land shows grass and sky. It cannot show the shape of the parcel, where the county road comes in, how the creek cuts through the low corner, or what the neighboring sections look like. Aerial puts all of that in front of a buyer before they ever drive out.

We shoot land, acreage, ranchettes, and working ranches across Wyoming: parcel overviews that show the whole property in context, boundary-oriented angles, access and approach shots, and the terrain and water features that carry the value. Sellers of remote parcels get marketing media without a buyer ever needing to drive out.

What you get

  • Full-parcel overviews that show shape, size, and context
  • Access, road frontage, and approach documented from above
  • Water, timber, and terrain features framed where they sell
  • Large-ranch coverage planned shot by shot before we fly

Every paid shoot is guaranteed: edited, MLS-ready files within 48 hours, or the shoot is free.

Pricing

Most land and acreage listings fit the standard Sky Pro package: $300 for ten edited aerial stills, MLS-ready in 48 hours. Large ranches and multi-parcel work get a flat quote up front based on the ground we need to cover. First shoot free applies here too.

Common questions

Can you show property boundaries in the photos?

We frame shots along the parcel lines you provide so a buyer reads the shape and extent of the land at a glance. For exact legal boundaries, buyers still rely on the survey, and we recommend labeling boundary overlays as approximate.

How large a property can you cover?

Acreage and ranchettes are a single shoot. Working ranches are planned in advance and quoted flat, and we cover them in one scheduled visit whenever the ground allows.

Is aerial worth it on a low-priced parcel?

Land listings without aerial ask buyers to imagine the property from a grass-and-sky photo. Aerial is usually the difference between a call and a scroll-past, and at $300 it is a small share of even a modest land commission.
